For All Levels classes, you can use any weight and type of glove. Depending on the size of your hand, you can go anywhere from 10 oz to 16 oz. The glove should have a secure fit. If it is too loose, you can risk injuring yourself. For hand wraps, you should get them in 180” length. The hand wrap helps protect and secure your hand in the glove.
